Is crossplay possible Evil Dead? Because it’s a multiplayer game, cross-platform support between PS4, PS5, PC & Xbox would increase player numbers while reigniting competition of console versus PC and gamepad versus mouse/keyboard. We’ll discuss whether or not Evil Dead will feature cross-platform play as well as what we know regarding it. As stated in an official Tweet, Evil Dead: The Game would certainly enable complete crossplay as well as cross-platform support upon launch. At the time of writing, there is no information on how it works or what is necessary. Players are currently required to create game-specific accounts that carry over. Instead of connecting your Xbox or PSN accounts, you’d need your Call of Duty, Bloodhunt, or Evil Dead account.
So for now, the only detail we have about crossplay is that it exists. However, knowing if they’ll be enabled to play with friends on different consoles/platforms can help inform purchases. It’s hard to decide which console/platform is the best currently. It’s tough to tell which platform delivers the best experience without playing the game, although for games that need precision, a mouse and keyboard generally provide better results.
